Making Your Order from Dungeon Delights, LLC
If you have a PayPal account, American Express®, Discover®, Visa®, or Mastercard® credit card or a Visa® or MasterCard® debit card, you can place a secure order to DungeonDelights.com directly through this web site. Just click on a category, browse the items you're interested in and add items to your online shopping cart. When you are finished, click the checkout button (top of screen) and follow the check out instructions. By placing an order online, you consent to have read these terms and agree abide by them.
To Order by Phone
If you don't wish to place your order over the internet, Dungeon Delights makes it easy to order by phone. You may place your order via telephone 8:00 to 5:00 Arizona Mountain Time, Monday through Friday at 1-480-215-2461. Telephone orders can be paid with American Express®, Discover®, Visa®, or Mastercard® credit card or a Visa® or MasterCard® debit card.

Please allow up to 15 business days for your check or money order to clear after arrival.
If you wish to be notified of when your payment has been received, please include a VALID email address, as all confirmations are sent via email.

All payments are in US funds.
We accept PayPal, American Express®, Discover®, Visa®, or Mastercard® credit card or a Visa® or MasterCard® debit card.
We accept cashier checks and money orders for US Mail orders only.
For international payments, we accept PayPal, American Express®, Discover®, Visa®, or Mastercard® credit card or a Visa® or MasterCard® debit card and international money orders payable in US funds.
We do not ship COD.
Once an order is placed, your credit or debit card is immediately charged for the full amount of your order.
Orders that fail Address, ZipCode and CVV2 matches are subject to further verification and/or order delay.
Please order carefully. Steel sizes are not flexible. If you have any questions, please contact us!
Customs and Import Duties
Your order may be subject to VAT, import duties and/or taxes, which are levied once your package reaches your country.
Dungeon Delights ships your package DDU, "duties and taxes unpaid", and does not collect the VAT, duties and/or taxes and cannot predict what your particular charges may be. If you do incur these additional charges, they must be rendered in order for your package to clear customs.
We regret that we cannot be held responsible for any confiscations by customs. PLEASE BE AWARE THAT WE WILL NOT ISSUE REFUNDS/CREDITS FOR SEIZED ITEMS THAT ARE NOT RETURNED TO US.
Packages returned as unclaimed or refused which have incurred returned shipping charges will be billed to your credit card.
