Returns and Exchange

Return & Exchange Policy:

We guarantee all of our products for one year. If a product fails for any reason, please return it to us for repair. If we cannot repair it, we will replace it. You pay the postage to return it to us, and we pay the postage to send it back to you. If a product is the wrong size, please return it for the correct size. We really want you to enjoy our toys, and you can't enjoy it if it does not fit.

TO ENSURE THE SAFETY AND HEALTH OF OUR CUSTOMERS WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS OR EXCHANGES ON ITEMS THAT CAN CONSTITUTE A HEALTH RISK OR ANY ITEM THAT COMES INTO CONTACT WITH ANY BODILY FLUID (SALIVA, SEMEN, URINE, BLOOD, ET AL). ONCE THESE ITEMS LEAVE OUR STORE, WE CONSIDER THEM TO BE USED AND NON-RESALABLE.

These items include (but we are NOT limited to):

ANY dildo, butt plug, or dunwa ball.

ANY item that is inserted into the mouth, vagina or anus.

ANY chastity device.

Exceptions: Damaged/ Defective: Items that may have been damaged in transit, or defective when received, can be returned for store credit or replacement. Please contact us within 30 days of having received the damaged/ defective item so we may issue you a return authorization and shipping label. All products are warranted by us for one year days from ship date. If any product is found DEFECTIVE within that one year period, please contact us for an exchange.

We will be glad to exchange NON-DEFECTIVE items that do not constitute a health risk for 90 days from the invoice date.

The customer is responsible for the cost of all shipping charges to Dungeon Delights. Dungeon Delights will cover the shipping cost of the replacement item shipped to the customer only.

How to arrange your return or exchange: Please contact DungeonDelights@yahoo.com to obtain approval for your exchange. For faster service, please have the following information on hand when calling: customer name, sales receipt number, and nature of the problem.

We strongly recommend you fully insure your return shipment in case it is lost or damaged and you use a carrier that can provide you with proof of delivery for your protection.
