Just make sure your arms will bend enough to come to your shoulders. My arms cramp up and I cry like a sissy girl, (of course I like it that way). Shackles come in our Serious 1 1/2" wide 3/16" thick steel, our Big Bastard 2" wide 3/16" thick steel and our Massive 2" wide 1/4" thick steel.
