The fuck bench works great, however, we have had many inquiries about making a set up for the subject to lay on his or her back and have full access. The sunny side up attaches to our existing bench in the place where your knee and elbow pads are now.

Bench stays at the same height. The short legs in the picture are just for taking pictures. Legs are up at 80 deg, then bent at the knees. Height and width are adjustable. There is a leg pad with or without shackle plate. The shackles for our current bench will fit just fine. (comes with 2 straps on each pad)
Arm restraints are adjustable by rotating the bar and moving and rotating the arm pad, also with 2 straps and optional shackle plates.
This will not fit the Chinese knock off bench you will find on some sites. Our basic bench weighs 50 pounds, the knock-off bench weighs under 30 pounds. Be Careful
