Sizing & Fit
Select your ankle size based on foot extended and the space under the heel at roughly the height of the ring (4 inches); the ankle size will change slightly because of the muscle activation. If you normally wear a size 8 shackle, you will probably size to a 10 in the high heel position. This fit should be measured to be tight otherwise the heel might slide around uncontrollably.
