Every Dungeon Delights product is handcrafted to order using American steel and built specifically for the customer who purchased it. We do not mass-produce or warehouse finished products. This allows us to provide a truly custom experience, but it also means materials, labor, and production time are committed to each order from the moment it is placed.
Our policies are designed to protect both our customers and our craftsmen while allowing us to continue producing high-quality, custom-built furniture and accessories.
Refund & Order Cancellation Policy
Refund Policy
At Dungeon Delights, every product is handcrafted and built specifically for each customer. Because each order is custom manufactured, all sales are considered final.
We do not offer refunds on custom-made products. Once an order has been placed, materials are allocated, production is scheduled, and work begins specifically for your build.
Order Cancellations
Customers may request to cancel their order before it has shipped. If a cancellation is approved, a Cancellation & Production Recovery Fee of 50%-75% of the order total will be deducted from any eligible refund.
The fee is determined by the stage of production at the time of cancellation request is received and is intended to recover costs associated with:
Custom materials purchased for your order
Labor and fabrication already completed
Production scheduling and shop time
Non-recoverable materials
Manufacturing waste
Administrative processing associated with custom production

Orders that have been completed, powder-coated, shipped, or are awaiting shipment cannot be canceled and are not eligible for a refund.
By placing an order with Dungeon Delights, you acknowledge and agree to this Refund & Order Cancellation Policy.
Material Reclamation
At Dungeon Delights, we believe quality materials deserve a second life whenever possible. If you own a Dungeon Delights product that you no longer want, you are welcome to voluntarily return it so the steel and other usable materials can be reclaimed and repurposed into future projects.
Please note:
This is not a return or refund program.
No monetary compensation, store credit, or reimbursement will be provided for returned items.
Returned items become the property of Dungeon Delights upon receipt.
Items are accepted solely for the purpose of recycling and repurposing materials.
Customers are responsible for any shipping costs associated with returning items unless otherwise agreed to in writing.
Our Material Recovery Process
Every item accepted through our Material Reclamation Program undergoes a comprehensive material recovery process before any material is reused.
The process includes:
Professional acid stripping to completely remove all powder coating.
Removal of surface contaminants, residue, and previous finishes.
Inspection of the bare steel for structural integrity and quality.
Preparation of reclaimed material for future fabrication
Only materials that meet Dungeon Delights' quality standards will be reused in future products. Any material that does not meet our standards will be responsibly recycled.
Our goal is to reduce waste while maintaining the same level of craftsmanship, durability, and quality expected from every Dungeon Delights product.
